Remember back in the day when Lefties wanted abortion to become legal? One reason was due to the unsanitary and dangerous conditions from “back alley abortions.”
The state of Texas was seeking to eliminate them after Kermit Gosnell’s “Mengele style” tactics came to light.
“Texas required abortion clinics to meet the same health and safety standards as other surgical offices and to insure doctors had official relationships with hospitals within 30 miles of their clinics in the event of an emergency.
The Supreme Court ruled this law unconstitutional when the Constitution say’s nothing about abortion.” (1)
If you read the link I sent a few days ago your eyes were opened to the brutality inflicted on women from the Philly ghetto by Gosnell. A large number of the women subjected to these horrors are black, abused by a member of their own race.
Yep, “black lives matter.”
This court, ignoring the 10th Amendment, engages in one treasonous thing after another with unconstitutional rulings on health care, marriage, immigration and life.
The Declaration is clear, the states created the federal government, not the other way around.
“We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, that these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States…”
Americans are being smothered by unnecessary and unconstitutional “regulations” put upon them by unelected bureaucrats in the TSA, FDA, IRS, DHS and other agencies.
In some cases, the court upholds their over reach.
Examine this grievance from the Declaration after George III “erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.”
We’ve come full circle and find that history is repeating itself.
The foundations of this great nation are being destroyed by enemies from within and there is only One hope.
It’s for us to return to our spiritual roots by “appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world” and by cleaning up our act.
Protecting life, at every stage, is at the top of the list.
By the way, Who do you think our Founder’s were making their case to? What’s His name?
