As tyranny and lawlessness runs rampant through the Obama administration, its time to take a more assertive stand.
The NAACP ‘freaked out’ after a rodeo clown donned an Obama mask at Missouri State Fair last week. So what? Believing this was a hate crime, they now want the DOJ and Secret Service to investigate. Yea, right! Those old enough remember when Lefties wore Nixon and Regan masks back in the day, yet nothing was said.
I wonder what the Left would do if a number of Americans purchased the same mask and wore them to sporting events, parades or in other public venues? The president is not a king, but apparently some of his followers think so.
Next, Obama is vowing to sign the UN Arms treaty which could subject US gun manufactuers to international regulations. So, let him sign it. They’re under no obligation to obey it, and neither are we. We should also let him and our representatives know how we stand.
Make no mistake where this is headed, people. The ultimate design is to force you into abject submission (and poverty) under the whims of the ruling class.
For those of you who believe the ‘king can do wrong,’ take another looksee at Romans 13, please.
Obama and all of our representatives have to govern within the confines of the Constitution and must secure our rights – not move to take them. When will you get this?
Consider, (once again), what Pastor Jonathan Mayhew said on the subject of Romans 13: “The king is as much bound by his oath not to infringe the legal rights of the people, as the people are bound to yield subjection to him. From whence it follows that as soon as the prince sets himself up above the law, he loses the king in the tyrant. He does, to all intents and purposes, un-king himself by acting out of and beyond that sphere which the constitution allows him to move, and in such cases he has no more right to be obeyed than any inferior officer who acts beyond his commission.” (1)
As Judge Learned Hand said; “Liberty lies in the hearts of men and women; when it dies there, no constitution, no law, no court can even do much to help it…the spirit of liberty is the spirit of Him who, near two thousand years ago, taught mankind a lesson it has never learned but never quite forgotten; that there may be a kingdom where the least shall be heard and considered side by side with the greatest.” (2)
So it rests with you. Where do you draw the line?

As for me and my house, we stand with God’s Word including Pastor Mayhew’s words regarding Romans 13. The ‘silent majority’ must awake out of their stupor and stand with God’s Word and expectations.
