Reports are starting to surface that the naval commander, Rear Admiral Charles M. Gaouette, ‘replaced’ over the weekend had something to do with Benghazi, while rumors are floating about that General Carter Ham, head of the U.S. Africa Command, has also been canned.
Ham wasn’t about to fall on his sword for the administration and released a statement saying forces were available, but no order was received for them to act.
Keep these two guys (Master Sergeant Gary Gordon, left and Sergeant First Class Randall Shugart, right ) in mind, because what we’re seeing unfold is a repeat of that happened in Mogadishu in 1993 – guess who was running things then?
Be prepared to contact our representatives and have them get to the bottom of things. However, there is something you can do about it come November 6, and that is to vote this administration out, and get our troops a commander-in-chief they deserve. One who has their best interests, and ours, in mind.

THE CAMP BASTION ATTACK IN AFGHANISTAN ON 9/14/2012
Two days after the bloody siege of our Consulate in Benghazi, 15 highly trained, well armed and organized insurgents dressed in U.S. combat fatigues managed to penetrate Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, killing Harrier Squadron Commander, Lt. Col. Christopher Raible and Sgt. Bradly Atwell, as well as wounding nine other Marines.
During the battle the Taliban insurgents armed with rocket-propelled grenades and other weapons destroyed or disabled eight U.S. strategic aircraft, leaving other troops in the region without sufficient fixed-wing air support.
This was the largest air-power loss since the Viet Nam War and hardly a word was said in our media with all focus on the U.S. Embassy protests and the siege in Benghazi. Where is the White House on making known this disaster and honoring these dead?!?
“THE US SUFFERED ITS WORST AIR-POWER LOSS SINCE VIET NAM LAST WEEK AND NO ONE NOTICED.”

Right you are. Those in the know, (like you) who seek the news form others sources are aware of what occurred. In light of the Sandy, stay with talk radio (Mark Levin, Mike Gallagher, Hugh Hewitt, Roger Hedgecock, Michael Medved, Sean Hannity and of course, Rush Limbaugh) to get the updates on Benghazi.
As Tom Cotton, an Army Ranger who is also running for US Congress in Arkansas’ 4th Congressional District, put it,”When I was in Iraq and Afghanistan, when you hear gunfire in another sector, you don’t wait for the battalion or the brigade command to tell you to go engage as a quick reaction force. You move to the sound of gunfire, and you save American lives when they’re under fire.”(1)
(1) Interview with Hugh Hewitt on 10-29-12, The Hugh Hewitt Show (6 pm – 9pm M-F EST, on the Salem Radio Network, KKNT 960 AM in Phoenix or 1170 AM KCBQ in San Diego. You can catch Roger Hedgecock on 760 AM KFMB 6 – 9 pm EST). You won’t be disappointed!
Thanks for taking time to offer your insights, they are sound (as always) and very much appreciated.
